We have a apartment around the corner but I went to have a look at an apartment that was for sale here. I wouldn't buy any property at this place. Tha quality and standard of some of the rooms was substandard to say the least.

Found this place to be really good, staff is also pretty supportive. Since we had planned for all India team offsite of more than 100 people - coming from different locations, they helped us with early checkins and late checkouts, very rare in Goa hotels. Food was good and was served at our convenience. Telephone lines were not working it seems.

I'm sorry to say that the experience was unfortunate. We were cheated as we booked it for a certain amount online through goibibo and they(the hotel) charged much extra and we were forced to pay as we had no choice. The bill also stated a refund but they scribbled on it so we don't see the refund and they ended up pocketing the rest of the money. Also there was so much chaos outside the room at night. People screaming, shouting, banging our doors and we had a hard time getting a good night's sleep. Besides that the rest was fine. But what's the point of your charged extra for a stay like this???

Worst Hotel & Oyo package team worst

I booked for my family vacation this hotel through Oyo package team but the hotel is rated not even one star. Bad rooms/bed bugs/mosquiotos/filthy rooms overall. Also pls dont use oyo travel packages as they cheat customers, not service-oriented customer need to keep calling them for driver nos for sight seeing.

on arriving at this place i was told my booking had been cancelled was finally given a room with no aircon was told i would get aircon room next day,next morning woke up full of bites, changed rooms room was basic unclean leaking toilet and no fridge very run down hotel with unhelpful staff and manager i left after 2 nights losing £200
